Which rights do I have as a PhD candidate?
"PhD candidates with an employment contract have the same rights as anyone classified as academic personnel. More information about these rights can be found through the labor unions. It is useful to become a member of a labor union, as this qualifies you for legal assistance if needed.
Does PNN offer legal advice?
PNN is not allowed to give any binding advice as we are no experts and we cannot represent individual PhD candidates. However, we can redirect you to entities that can give you to help and support you may need, such as via the Conflict Supervisor roadmap or the trade unions.
