Hereby, PNN presents her Strategic plan 2021. PNN has formulated a number of priorities for the coming year, including the increase in visibility for PhD candidates in the Netherlands and relevant partners, tackling the high workload in academia and calling attention to mental health risks. Furthermore, PNN will work to ensure good (employment) conditions and a socially safe working environment, as well as join the new Recognitions and Rewards movement.
With these focus points, PNN will continue representing interests of the PhD candidates and will advocate a high-quality and future-proof doctoral climate in the Netherlands.
